Open Garden

Open Garden is a tool that will allow you to connect all your devices (laptop, tablet, and mobile phone) so that they share the same Internet connection. So, for example, you can connect to the Internet from your laptop with the connection from your mobile phone.

The process you carry out is very similar to tethering, with the fundamental difference that to use Open Garden you will not have to do any type of complicated configuration, or anything of the like. All you have to do is have the application for Windows or Mac installed on the corresponding computer and you’re ready.

For your security, the application will always display the amount of Internet you’re using so that you never go over if you are accessing via 3G or if you have a data limit.

Open Garden is a very useful tool, even though the ideal thing would be to not have to us it. It can get you out of a tight spot if by chance you end up without your usual Internet source on one of your most-used devices.
